Tester videos are stored securely and require a generated playback link — they don't load automatically. To watch a video:
Open the response from the Responses tab.
Click the Load Video button in the center of the video player.
Wait a moment for the secure playback link to generate.
The video will begin playing once the link is ready.
If the video still won't load, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact support.
⚠️ Videos expire 30 days after submission. If the video player shows an expiry warning, download the video immediately using the Download Video link below the player.
