Refunds for cancelled tests are processed automatically and should appear in your Transaction History within a few minutes. Credits are only refunded for tester slots that were not yet completed at the time of cancellation.
To check your refund status:
Go to Credits & Plans in the top navigation.
Scroll to your Transaction History.
Look for a line item that says "Refund for cancelled test: [test name]."
