Click View on any response row to open that tester's full submission. This is where you'll find the video recording and written feedback.
The individual response view includes:
Tester name/number at the top (e.g., "Tester #1")
A video player — the tester's screen recording of their session. Click Load Video to generate a secure playback link.
Download Video — download the recording to keep it. Videos expire 30 days after submission.
A video expiry warning — shows how many days remain before the video is deleted (e.g., "Video expires in 5 days. Download it now to keep a copy.")

Notes — a private notes area where you can jot down observations about this tester's session. Click + Add note to start.
Use the ← Previous and Next → links at the bottom to move between responses without going back to the list.
⚠️ Session recordings expire 30 days after submission. Download any videos you want to keep before they're gone.
