If a tester's response was particularly helpful, you may want to bring them back for a follow-up session — to dig deeper, test a fix you've implemented, or get their take on a new feature.
To request a follow-up test:
Open the individual response you want to follow up on.
Click the Request Follow-up Test button in the top right corner of the response view.
Follow the prompts to set up the follow-up session.
💡 Tip: Follow-up tests are great for validating fixes. If a tester struggled with a specific flow, fix it and send them back through to see if the change helped.
