Adding Notes to a Response

The Notes section on each response is your private scratch pad. Use it to capture observations, flag things to fix, or note follow-up questions while a tester's session is fresh in your mind.

To add a note:

1. Open a response from the Responses tab.

2. Scroll to the Notes section (below the rating).

3. Click + Add note.

4. Type your note and save.

Notes are only visible to you — testers never see them.
