If you need to stop a test before it's complete, you can cancel it from the test detail page.
To cancel a test:
Open the test from your Dashboard or My Tests.
Click the Cancel Test button in the top right corner of the test detail page.
Confirm the cancellation.
When a test is cancelled, credits for responses that were not yet completed may be refunded to your account. Refunds are processed automatically and will appear in your Transaction History on the Credits & Plans page.
⚠️ Credits for responses that were already submitted before cancellation are not refunded.
