Wrap-up questions are shown to testers at the end of their session, after they've completed your tasks. They give testers a chance to share their overall impressions in a more structured way.
When wrap-up questions are enabled, testers are asked to provide:
An overall rating of their experience
Written feedback summarizing their thoughts
Whether they would recommend HappyAppy to others (a platform question)
To enable wrap-up questions, toggle the option on during test setup. It's recommended to leave this enabled — the written feedback and rating are often the most actionable parts of a response.
