The Insights tab on your test detail page uses AI to analyze all the responses from your test and surface patterns, themes, and takeaways — so you don't have to manually read through every piece of feedback to understand what's going on.
Insights are especially valuable once you've collected multiple responses, because the AI can identify what multiple testers mentioned, felt, or struggled with — giving you a clearer picture than any single response could.
Understanding Your Insights Report
When you open the Insights tab, you'll see an AI-generated report that includes:
Summary — a concise overall takeaway from all tester sessions
Sentiment — the general emotional tone of responses (positive, neutral, negative)
UI Element Mentions — specific parts of your interface that testers commented on
Recurring Keywords — words and phrases that appeared frequently across responses
Repeated Questions — things multiple testers seemed confused about or asked about
Trust Breaks — moments where testers expressed hesitation, distrust, or concern
Confusion Points — specific places in the flow where testers got stuck or lost
💡 Tip: Pay special attention to Confusion Points and Trust Breaks — these are the highest-priority items to address before launch.
